Anja Töpfer

Anja Töpfer has extensive experience in HR and management roles. Anja began their career at Lufthansa as a Recruiter, where they worked from 1995 to 2000. In 2001, they joined Genuity GmbH as an HR Manager for Central Europe. Anja then moved to Hager Group in 2003, starting as an HR Manager for Market Area Germany before progressing to various HR Director positions. Anja'sroles at Hager Group include HR Director for North & Eastern Europe and Overseas, HR Manager for Northern, Central Eastern & Eastern Europe, and HR Director for different business partner areas, including Marketing & Sales region Europe, MENEAT & Americas. Anja'smost recent position at Hager Group is HR Director for BP Global Sales & Marketing.

Anja Töpfer has a diverse education history. From 1985 to 1988, they attended Wirtschaftsgymnasium Weinheim and received their A-level qualification. Following this, they attended Hapag-Lloyd Travel Agency from 1989 to 1992, where they obtained a degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management. Lastly, they pursued a degree in Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie at Ruprecht-Karl-University Heidelberg from 1992 to 1999, earning the title of Psychologist (Dipl. Psych).
