Caroline Nivelle

Caroline Nivelle has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Caroline started their career at Renault in 1991, where they worked as an Assistant Product Manager and later became a Product Manager. After this, they moved on to Lafarge Sodicam and Lafarge Plâtres, where they held various roles in marketing and strategy. Caroline then worked at Lafarge Boral JV Indonesia and Lafarge Plasterboard Australia as a Marketing and Business Development Manager and General Manager of Marketing and Strategy, respectively. Caroline then joined Lafarge Ciments as a Marketing Director, where they focused on developing low-CO2 cements. In their most recent roles, Caroline worked at Hager France and Hager Group as a Marketing Director and Europe Customer Marketing Director & Digital Transformation, respectively. Currently, they are working as an Investor at Team for the Planet, a non-profit organization aiming to create 100 companies to fight against global warming.

Caroline Nivelle attended emlyon business school from 1987 to 1990 and earned a DECI degree in Commerce International with a focus on Marketing international.
