Hans Zondag

Hans Zondag has extensive work experience in manufacturing and operations management. Hans started their career at Philips Lighting in 1998 and held various roles including Industrial Project Manager, Production Manager, and Head of Business and Industrial Transformation. Hans then joined Philips Automotive as an Operations Director before moving to Philips Lighting Shanghai as a Senior Project Manager. Hans returned to Philips Lighting and served as the Vice President and Head of Operations Europe and Greater China for the Business Group Professional. Hans was responsible for global supply, managing multiple factories, and strategic challenges such as the transition to LED and connected lighting. Hans later joined VDL Groep as the Vice President and Global Head of Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President Group Manufacturing at Hager Group.
