Herve Boschian has extensive experience in quality and operations management, currently serving as Senior Manager Supplier Performance at Hager Group since March 2008, with roles including Group Vendor Performance Manager and Operations Excellence Coordinator. Responsibilities involve analyzing and implementing Lean concepts for global operational systems, optimizing value streams, and developing problem-solving methodologies. Prior to Hager Group, Boschian worked at General Motors from September 1995 to March 2008 as an Advance Supplier Quality Engineer, achieving significant quality improvements, and also held various engineering and laboratory roles. Educational qualifications include a Master 2 in Quality and Organization from PEGE and a DUT in Mechanical and Production Engineering from IUT Metz.
