Joan CLAUSS is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition across multiple industries and regions. Currently serving as a Global Executive Recruiter at Hager Group since August 2022, Joan focuses on the recruitment of senior leadership roles. Previously, as Talent Acquisition Manager for France and Germany, Joan managed a team of approximately ten recruiters, handling around 500 annual recruitments for a workforce of 8000.
