Laurie Schaeffer Liess

Laurie Schaeffer Liess is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HRBP senior manager for the Sourcing & Supply Chain Group at Hager Group since August 2005. In this role, Laurie is responsible for developing the Group's HR strategy for the sourcing, supply chain, and logistics departments. Previous positions at Hager Group include Senior HRBP for supply chain and logistics, HR Business Partner for an autonomous site, and HR BP for electronic sites, all encompassing various HR responsibilities such as management support, social relations, and collaboration with business partners. Before joining Hager Group, Laurie worked as an HR Assistant at Freudenberg-NOK, focusing on recruitment, training, and internal communication. Laurie holds a Master’s degree in management and development of Human Resources from the Institut de gestion sociale and a Master's degree in private law with a focus on labor law from Université de Saint Etienne.
