Moro Florence

Moro Florence has extensive experience with Hager Group, holding various senior leadership positions since 2000, including Group Logistics Senior Director and Manufacturing Excellence Director, overseeing initiatives in lean manufacturing, Industry 4.0, and sustainability. Previous roles include Factory Support Senior Manager, responsible for supporting the transformation of 20 global factories and driving continuous improvement. At Hager India, Moro served as the Industrial Lead during the factory startup, managing quality, industrialization, and logistics. Earlier positions included roles in project management and feasibility study development for overseas projects. Moro holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from ENSGI, obtained between 1996 and 2000.
