Oliver Schmitt

Oliver Schmitt currently serves as the Head of Global Product Management for Main Distribution Systems at Hager Group since January 2023. Prior to this, Oliver Schmitt held various leadership roles at Hager Industrie AG from 2009 to September 2023, including responsibilities in business field development, product management, and R&D, managing a team of 30 engineers and technicians. Oliver Schmitt also contributed significantly to Weber AG from 1999 to 2009, leading product marketing and development while overseeing teams of up to 85 employees. Oliver Schmitt's educational background includes a degree in Mechanical and Plant Engineering from Fachhochschule Horw and specialized courses in CAD systems and production logistics from European Business Development Institute, SDRC, and TU München.
