Pascale Arnould

Pascale Arnould has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles in human resources. Pascale began their career at Hilton International, where they served as the Personnel Administration and Payroll Manager from 1998 to 2000, followed by roles as the Learning & Development Manager from 2000 to 2002 and the Human Resources Manager from 2002 to 2005. Pascale then joined Mars Inc. as the HRD from 2005 to 2008 and later as the Talent Development Manager from 2008 to 2011. After that, they worked at Mylan Pharmaceuticals as the Talent Development Senior Director EMEA from 2011 to 2012. Currently, they are a part of Hager Group, where they have held various HR Director roles, including Business Partner Sales & Marketing South Europe from 2012 to 2018, Business Partner Sales & Marketing Europe from 2018 to 2021, and currently as the HR Director - Business Partner Group Manufacturing.

Pascale Arnould obtained their DESS degree in Technologies de l'Information et de la Communication, with an option in Relations Publiques Européennes, from CELSA Paris-Sorbonne in 1996. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies in Politique & Communication at Sciences Po Lyon from 1992 to 1995.
