Mikka R.

Mikka R. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. They started their career as a Systems Administrator and Office Manager at Signature Woodworks in 2001, where they provided hardware and software administration and managed all aspects of the office. After that, they worked as the Proprietor of Elite Costume House from 1991 to 2005, where they modernized business practices and introduced electronic point-of-sale and computerized inventory tracking systems.

In 2004, Mikka joined ALKAR-RapidPak, Inc. as a CAD Administrator and Designer, responsible for mechanical design and CAD administration. They implemented engineering document control software upgrades and managed the Meridian PDM system.

From 2006 to 2012, Mikka worked as a Systems Design Analyst at Sani-Matic, Inc. They implemented DBWorks Enterprise PDM, improving document control and compliance with FDA regulations. During this time, they also gained experience in various technologies such as AD, Windows Server, SharePoint, SQL Server, and SolidWorks.

At Arrowhead Systems, Mikka served as the Engineering Systems Coordinator from 2012 to 2014. They implemented enterprise-wide electronic document management systems and facilitated the transition from 2D to 3D molding for production.

From 2014 to 2015, Mikka worked at Lyco Manufacturing as an IT Manager, implementing fiber broadband, VoIP systems, and upgrading virtual environments for better redundancy and disaster preparedness.

In 2015, Mikka joined Sani-Matic, Inc. again, this time as an IS Manager. They managed systems, budgets, and a small team while improving user support with the implementation of a ticketing system and remote endpoint management.

From 2017 to 2018, Mikka worked as an IT Systems Administrator at United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Dane County, where they managed systems, provided user support and training, and evaluated and implemented updates to policies and procedures.

Prior to their current role, Mikka worked as an Owner/Consultant at Cyrious Sybornetics Solutions, providing project management and engineering design services to clients for CAD and Engineering Document Management systems.

Currently, Mikka is employed as a Solutions Engineer at Hagerman & Company, where they utilize their skills to assist clients in maximizing workflows and providing project planning, implementation, and integration services.

Mikka R. began their education in 1982 at San Diego City College, where they pursued an Associate of Arts (AA) degree. Mikka'sfield of study included Technical Design Graphics and Computer Science. Mikka completed their degree in 1985.

In 2000, Mikka R. enrolled in Santa Barbara City College and participated in a Continuing Education program. During their time there, they focused on System Administration and Mechanical Engineering. Mikka completed their studies in 2002.

Mikka R. then attended Madison Area Technical College from 2006 to 2009. Mikka obtained a Certificate in Microsoft Certified Systems Administration, specializing in CompTia A+, Network+, and Cisco.

Apart from their academic achievements, Mikka R. has also obtained several additional certifications. In June 2021, they completed courses at Autodesk and received certifications in "Set up cloud collaboration with Fusion Team" and "View, markup and collaborate with Fusion Team." Additionally, in February 2017, they participated in a training program by Fred Pryor Seminars/CareerTrack and obtained a certification in "Managing Multiple Priorities, Projects, and Deadlines." In January 2017, they also attended the "Project Management Workshop" by the same institution.
