Alicia M. Smith

Alicia M. Smith is an experienced professional in climate resilience and sustainability, currently serving as a Managing Associate in Preparedness at Hagerty Consulting since July 2021. Prior to this role, Alicia worked as a Resiliency Planner at WSP USA, where significant contributions included developing Climate Action Plans and Hazard Mitigation Plans for various clients. Alicia's expertise is further highlighted through previous positions at the World Economic Forum and the University of Virginia, where coordination and management of climate initiatives and resilience projects were key focuses. Alicia holds a Master's degree in Urban and Environmental Planning from the University of Virginia, along with a Master's in Landscape Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
