Judy Hynes

Judy Hynes is responsible for the human resources function at Hagerty. She is most likely the first person who reads a prospective’s résumé, the one who supervises recruitment, outreach, and onboarding of the professionals, administers benefit policies, and generally keeps track of us (in a big picture way) if you work for Hagerty. She is central to every single piece of new business Hagerty pitches, and even more so if Hagerty is awarded the project.

Judy’s earlier professional experience included work as a legislative assistant for a U.S. Senator; as Director of Congressional Relations for the Commodity Futures Trade Commission; and as a Vice President for a global financial services firm. Judy is a jack-of-all-trades, a master networker, and the keeper of secrets. She is indispensable to Hagerty’s nationwide programs and projects from proposal to closeout stages. A graduate of Penn State, she is very involved in civic organizations in the community.
