Kara Valdmanis Cspo

Kara Valdmanis (Jackson) holds the position of Director of Insurance Product Delivery at Hagerty since May 2008, having progressed through roles including Senior Manager of Product Delivery Process, Product Implementation Manager, and Product Implementation Specialist. In these roles, Kara has been an Agile Product Manager, leading change initiatives, developing regulatory project business requirements, and acting as the Product Owner for Agile teams. Prior to this, Kara worked as a Research Data Collector at the Michigan House of Representatives, where responsibilities included analyzing case file data for a study on the effectiveness of the state's Drug Court. Kara earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Michigan State University in 2008.
