Kate Herzer

Kate Herzer has over 10 years of work experience in sales and business development roles. Kate is currently the Senior Vice President of Sales at Haggar Clothing Co. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Business Development at Credit Union National Association from 2020 to 2021. Before that, they worked at Lands' End Business where they held various positions including VP of Sales, Sr. Director of Sales, Director of Sales, and Sr. Sales Manager. Kate also worked as an Account Manager and Associate Account Manager in national sales at Lands' End. Kate has a strong background in account management and sales strategy.

Kate Herzer completed their Bachelor of Science in Advertising & Public Relations at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 1999 to 2003. Kate also obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising & Public Relations during the same period. Kate'sfield of study included Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication. Kate Herzer has additionally acquired certifications, including a Talent Optimization Certificate from The Predictive Index in March 2022 and a Certificate of Completion in Preparing for Leadership from the American Management Association in August 2015.
