Lauren Klostermann

Lauren Klostermann is an experienced Technical Designer with a robust background in fashion design and product development, currently employed at Haggar Clothing Co. since June 2012. Prior to that, Lauren worked as a Technical Designer and Business Consultant at Rebel Athletic, where standardized sizing and process improvements were key contributions. As the Director of Design and Product Development at Curves, Lauren led teams in purchasing, design, and marketing, successfully enhancing sales through innovative promotions. Lauren also held the position of Director of Production & Design at Spirit Innovations, where significant reductions in production time and costs were achieved. Additional roles include Client Specialist at JCrew and Assistant Designer at Falcon Garments. Lauren holds an Associate of Applied Arts in Fashion Design from The Art Institutes, obtained between 2002 and 2004.
