Ginger Marshall

Ginger Marshall is a licensed Associate Broker with extensive experience in the real estate industry, currently serving at Hague Partners since August 2021, focusing on buyer and seller representation in the greater Scottsdale and Phoenix Valley markets, as well as the Prescott area. From March 2014 to August 2021, Ginger represented luxury home buyers and sellers in greater San Diego County as a Realtor at Allison James Estates and Homes. Additionally, Ginger held Associate Broker positions at Better Homes and Gardens Bloomtree Realty and BloomTree Realty from November 2018 to May 2021, emphasizing negotiations, investment properties, and land sales. Previously, Ginger served as Mayor of Solana Beach and worked as a Loan Officer at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage from 1989 to 2007. Ginger holds a B.S. in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder.
