Axel Sikora is an experienced professional in the fields of embedded systems and communication electronics, currently serving as the Deputy Director and Head of Software Solutions at Hahn-Schickard since October 2015. Additionally, Axel holds the position of Professor and Scientific Director at Hochschule Offenburg, focusing on embedded systems, while also being a founder and shareholder of STACKFORCE GmbH. As an active leader in the industry, Axel has been the Chairman of the embedded world Conference since March 2018 and the Founder and Head of the Steinbeis Transfer Center for Embedded Design and Networking since October 2002. Axel's previous roles include director of information technology programs at Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University and group leader at NEC Electronics. Academic achievements include a Dr.-Ing. in Electrical Engineering from the Fraunhofer Institute and multiple degrees from RWTH Aachen University.
