Jen Cox

Jen Cox is the Co-founder and COO of HAI Analytics Inc. Previously, Jen held various roles at Maguire Associates, Inc. such as Associate Vice President of Enrollment Management Services, Assistant Vice President of Enrollment Management Services, Consultant & Director of Access Initiatives, Senior Analyst, and Analyst. Jen also worked as a Quantitative Psychology Researcher at Brandeis University analyzing parenting practices in rural China through SEM, and as a Psychology Researcher at Elon University presenting project findings at Elon's SURF. Jen holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Psychology from Brandeis University and a BA in Psychology from Elon University.
