With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Central Connecticut State University, Laura's expertise includes underwriting, policy issuance, customer service, and team leadership. Laura has experience in multi-line underwriting, coordinating policy services, and building strong relationships with clients and agents. Laura is skilled in analyzing service needs and providing customer-centric solutions for internal and external customers.
