Todd Reppert

Todd Reppert is currently the Chief Development Officer at Hai Hospitality. Todd has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on development and acquisitions.

Todd began their career in the hospitality industry in 1999 as a summer associate at Tishman Speyer. Todd then went on to work for Hines as an investment/project manager from 2000 to 2004. In 2004, they joined W Hotels as their Vice President of Development and Acquisitions, a position they held until 2007. From 2007 to 2011, Todd served as the Senior Vice President of Development for Morgans Hotel Group. In 2011, they joined André Balazs Properties as their Executive Vice President of Development, a position they held until 2018. Most recently, Todd has been serving as the Chief Development Officer for Hai Hospitality since August 2018.

Todd Reppert attended The Wharton School, where they earned their MBA. Prior to that, they earned a BS in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University. Todd is also a Certified Financial Analyst Charterholder and a Private Aircraft Pilot.

Todd Reppert reports to Tony Montero, CEO. They are on a team with Brian Morrow - CFO, Leo Barrera - Director, Operations, and John Baydale - Owner & Operator.
