Mohamed Altaweel, PMP®, (PMI-RMP)®, (PMI-SP)®, (PMI-PBA)®, SFC™, is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and planning. Currently serving as a Senior Planning & Control Engineer at AlSharif Group Holding since January 2021, responsibilities include preparing project baseline schedules and supporting claims related to delays and performance issues. Prior to this role, Mohamed held the position of Project Manager at Al Mashariq Group, where project initiation, scheduling, and vendor management were key duties. Earlier, as a Telecommunication Project Coordinator at Alkan CIT, responsibilities entailed identifying problems in telecom projects and providing solutions.
