Shirley Helman Harosh has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Shirley currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Haifa Port since November 2019. Prior to this, they worked as the Finance Manager and Controller at Delek, a subsidiary of Delek Group Ltd. Their role at Delek Retail LTD involved managing the financial aspects of gas stations. Shirley also served as the CFO of the subsidiary JTI at ZIM Integrated Shipping Services and as the Financial Controller at Tnuva. Shirley has been involved in financial management positions at Gadot Chemical Tankers & Terminals Ltd and Saint-Gobain Building Distribution, where they were responsible for the financial aspects of shipping and ceramic industries, respectively. Shirley began their career as a Financial Analyst at Mizrahi-Tefahot Bank.
Shirley Helman Harosh earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Haifa from 1995 to 1998. Shirley then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting and Finance from The Open University of Israel from 2004 to 2008.
