Kevin Gruca

Kevin Gruca serves as the Diversity & Inclusion Officer and Talent Acquisition Manager at Haiilo since August 2020. Prior experience includes a role in Voluntary Employer Branding & Diversity Management at Dare2Care from June 2020 to April 2021, and participation as a Global Volunteer in AIESEC with a focus on climate change in Lima, Peru. Prior to these roles, Kevin was involved in tech recruiting at GULP, supporting various recruitment activities and marketing measures from November 2017 to September 2019, and contributed as a Project Assistant at contec GmbH in early 2017. Kevin began the professional journey with a marketing internship at DRK-Kreisverband Leverkusen in 2014. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from The Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg and a Bachelor of Arts in Health and Social Management from the University of Applied Sciences Koblenz.
