HaiKe Chemical Group Ltd. (HaiKe) is a China-based investment holding company. The Company, together with its subsidiaries is engaged in manufacturing of specialty products in China. The Company's subsidiary, Dongying Hi-tech Spring Chemical Co., Ltd is engaged in manufacturing and Haike Trading Hong Kong Limited is engaged in trading. The Company is a producer of DiMethyl Carbonate (DMC) and pharmacy grade propylene glycol in China. DMC is used in medical applications, agricultural pesticides and the manufacture of synthetic materials. DMC produced by the Company is sold primarily in the Guangdong and Jiangsu provinces of the People's Republic of China and exported to the markets in Europe. Propylene glycol is used in the medical industry, as well as the food industry for flavorings and fragrances.
