Andy Spies

Andy Spies has a strong background in the tobacco industry, with experience in sales, business development, and international operations. Currently serving as President - International Operations at Hail & Cotton International Group, Andy previously held executive roles at Alliance One International and DIMON Inc. Andy also has a Master of Business Administration from Rutgers University and completed the High Performance Leadership program at IMD in 2016.
