Eduardo Jardim Alves is an experienced professional in sustainability, governance, and social impact, currently serving as the Global Sustainability Director at Hail & Cotton since February 2023. Prior roles include consultant positions at Peterson, 4C Services, The Centre for Child Rights & Business, and Context Consultoria para Sustentabilidade, where Eduardo focused on integrating ESG principles and human rights into corporate strategies. Eduardo previously managed the ARISE Program for Japan Tobacco International, addressing child labor in tobacco-growing communities, and held various roles related to labor practices and social programs. With a solid educational background that includes an MBA in Strategic Marketing and a leadership development program at IMD, Eduardo has a proven track record in driving organizational change and social responsibility initiatives across diverse industries.
