Beth Clarke

Beth Clarke is an accomplished professional in sales operations and technology management with extensive experience in the meteorological and weather technology industries. Currently serving as Director of Sales Operations at HailTrace since January 2025, Clarke previously held multiple leadership roles at Proagrica, including Director of Technology Work Operations and Director of Product Management, where responsibilities included guiding organizations to develop innovative solutions for clients. Prior experience also includes senior leadership positions at Weather Decision Technologies Inc. and a research associate role at the National Severe Storms Laboratory, focusing on quantitative precipitation estimation techniques. Clarke holds a Master’s degree in Professional Meteorology/Hydrology from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor’s degree in Meteorology from the University of Reading.
