Yaron Garmazi

Yaron Garmazi is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as CFO and COO at Hailo since March 2024, Garmazi previously held the position of CFO at Kaltura from May 2017 to March 2024, where a US IPO was achieved. Earlier experience includes serving as CEO of Milestone Sport Ltd and as a management consultant for several technology companies from December 2011 to December 2015. Garmazi's CFO roles span companies such as Kontera, Passave, NESS, and Envara, where significant transactions including US IPOs and M&A deals were accomplished. Leadership experience also includes serving as the General Manager of ABN AMRO's investment banking office in Israel and as CFO of Nogatech, contributing to IPOs and major M&A transactions.
