Jeffrey Phillips

Jeffrey Phillips is an experienced professional in operational management, currently serving as the Director of Contact Center Operations at HairClub since July 2023. Prior to this role, Jeffrey was the Site Director at Insite Managed Solutions from May 2021 to July 2023 and held various positions at SYKES from September 2012 to May 2021, including Manager of Area Operations Training & Quality and Sales Performance Manager. Jeffrey began a long career in hospitality at InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, where positions included Assistant Director of Purchasing and Restaurant Manager among others. Jeffrey holds an Associate of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from Miami Dade College and a high school diploma from Coral Gables Senior High School.
