Erica McDonald

Erica Mcdonald has experience working as a Front Desk Coordinator at Hair Creations since May 2014 and as a Manager/Buyer of Women's Clothing and Shoes at Violet's of Saratoga from October 2008 to July 2013. Erica assists customers with suggesting shoe brands, pulling proper clothing sizes, and reaching out to select customers. Erica also manages daily opening and closing procedures, including importing new inventory into the POS system and merchandising new inventory on the sales floor. Erica holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from SUNY Adirondack from 2009 to 2011.
