Tracey Pickett has had a long and varied career in the legal and business world. Tracey began their career in 2005 as a Legal Intern at the Fulton County Public Defender's Office. Tracey then moved to Medley and Kosakoski Law Firm in 2006 as a Legal Admin in the Entertainment Group. In 2007, they joined Troutman Sanders LLP as a Case Clerk in the Bankruptcy Litigation Group. In 2009, they became a Summer Associate at Georgia Lawyers for the Arts and then in 2010, they were a Summer Associate at Up-Entertainment. In 2011, they joined McKesson as an Associate in the Corporate Intellectual Property Group and a Business Unit Associate. In 2013, they Co-Founded and became CEO of Eboticon LLC, a creative design and entertainment media company. Finally, in 2016, they became Founder and CEO of Hairbrella.

Tracey Pickett attended Spelman College from 2003 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Pre-Law. Tracey then attended the University of Georgia School of Law from 2008 to 2011, where they earned a Juris Doctor in Law.
