Rob Chong

Rob Chong is currently the CEO at Haiven Home, a smart home company that is breaking the mold with their design-centric products. Rob was previously the Managing Partner at LDR Ventures, an angel investor group that makes a meaningful difference in people's lives. Rob also spent time as the Head of Customer Analytics, Insights and Growth at GUESS?, Inc., where they were responsible for growth strategy and customer acquisition & retention. Rob has also served as the Head of Digital User Experience, Creative Direction and eCommerce Marketing at GUESS?, Inc. During their time there, they improved new customer acquisition ROI by over 10X. Rob's experience and success in various businesses positions have made him a well-rounded and effective CEO at Haiven Home.

Rob Chong majored in Art + Design at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and minored in Economics. Rob then attended the Fashion Retail Strategies Program at University of Southern California.
