Yien You Truang

Yien You Truang is an experienced professional currently serving as the Vice President of System Engineering, Automation, and QA at Haivision since July 2019, where responsibilities include managing system engineering and QA teams while coordinating automation objectives to enhance product quality. Additionally, Yien holds the role of Sports Responsible and Coordinator for the City of Montreal since January 2003, overseeing sports events. Previously, Yien served as Senior Manager of Services Operations and QA at Touchtunes from June 2009 to March 2019, managing QA teams and collaborating with various departments to ensure effective communication and project progression. Yien holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Concordia University, attended from 2007 to 2009, and completed studies at Vanier from 2003 to 2006.
