Keren Sokoloff is the Deputy CEO at Hakeren Leyedidut where Keren manages a budget of 80 million dollars for projects in Israel and abroad. Keren is responsible for leading the organizational development process and directly manages various departments including HR, Training, Operations, and IT. Previously, Keren worked as a PA for the Mayor of Efrat, where Keren was responsible for strategic planning and managing special programs. Keren also worked as an organizational consultant for educational institutions and school principals, where Keren provided guidance and counseling. Keren holds a MA in Organizational Development from the University of Haifa and a BA in Sociology and Education from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Hakeren Leyedidut

"Hakeren leyedidut"​ is the Israeli office of The International Fellowship of Christians and Jews. The International Fellowship of Christians and Jews was founded in 1983 in the United States by Rabbi Yechiel Eckstein. It is the largest social philanthropic foundation in Israel and operates thanks to the generous donations of U.S. citizens and non-Jews around the world who love Israel and want to strengthen the State of Israel and the Jewish people. Hakeren leyedidut provides support to at-risk and needy populations, works to encourage Aliyah and Klitah, helps hundreds of thousands of underprivileged Jews throughout the world, and invests in the welfare of Israeli citizens and in their security in times of emergency. During 15 years of its operations in the country, the Hakeren leyedidut has donated more than 2 billion shekels to hundreds of social projects in Israel.
