Colleen Chan

Colleen Chan currently serves as Head of Snowflake and ecosystem alliances at Hakkōda, a position held since June 2024. Prior to this, Colleen worked at Deloitte Digital from February 2016 to June 2024, where roles included Managing Director of Ecosystems and Alliances as well as US Salesforce Alliance Leader and Human Experience Portfolio Alliance Leader. Colleen also gained experience at Sprinklr as Asc Director of Strategic Alliance from February 2015 to February 2016, focusing on global partnerships and go-to-market strategies. Earlier in Colleen's career, a tenure at Deloitte Consulting from January 1998 to April 2014 involved developing new service offerings and managing complex client engagements. Colleen holds an MBA and a Master of Science in Applied Operations Research from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
