Dominic Evans

Dominic Evans is an experienced professional in the field of journalism and executive leadership, currently serving as an Executive at Hakluyt & Company since March 2023. Prior to this role, Dominic held the position of Bureau Chief at Reuters from 2017 to April 2023, and previously worked as a Journalist for Thomson Reuters from 1991 until April 2023, where responsibilities included news coverage from Syria, Lebanon, and Jordan. Dominic also served as Bureau Chief for News & Television in the same regions. Educationally, Dominic holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Arabic/Islamic Studies from the University of Cambridge, earned between 1986 and 1990.
