Kim Grant

Kim Grant has extensive experience in customer support and account coordination, currently serving as a Specialist Account Coordinator at Hako Machines Ltd since May 2009. In this role, Kim supports Strategic Accounts and the sales team while managing the short-term hire department for one of the leading manufacturers in industrial cleaning and maintenance machinery. Previously, Kim worked as a Telesales Agent at King UK Limited, a distributor for non-food consumables in the hospitality industry, where the focus was on customer service. Kim holds multiple qualifications, including an NVQ in Contact Centre Operations and an NVQ in Business Administration, alongside a GNVQ in Advanced Business with Distinction.
