Robin Crail has extensive work experience in customer experience management, social media management, marketing, and event planning.

Starting in 2015, Robin worked as a Catering Coordinator and Marketing Assistant/Event Marketing at Chick-fil-A-Franchise. They were responsible for creating remarkable catering experiences, understanding restaurant operations, and managing event marketing strategies.

In 2016, Robin joined nimblesoft as a Marketing Specialist & Sales Coordinator. They developed a branding guideline, strategic marketing plan, and company-wide email signature. They also created and deployed marketing content on various social media platforms.

From 2017 to 2018, Robin worked at Nexigen as a Marketing & Business Development specialist. Their responsibilities included implementing marketing strategies, maximizing lead conversion, and managing social media platforms.

In 2018, Robin joined Social Bird Media, LLC as a Social Media Manager. They focused on growing social media platforms, increasing engagement, and building brand awareness.

Robin then worked at Bumble from 2018 to 2019 as a Market Lead, and finally joined haku in 2019 as a Customer Experience Manager, eventually becoming a Senior Customer Experience Manager in September 2020.

Robin Crail earned a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Northern Kentucky University. This degree was completed from 2012 to 2016. In addition, Robin obtained the Inbound Certified certification from HubSpot in April 2018.
