Parikshit Singh

Gulia, or Parikshit Singh is the Founder of Gulia Ventures. With professional experience in a spectrum of fields like investor relations, turnaround, corporate governance and strategy - Parikshit heads the team at Hal Clyde Denison Limited (HCDL), where he serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company. He has a proven track record of driving results and execution of many strategy shifts for his client companies.

Singh is also registered with the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs’ Independent Director’s Databank as an ID bearing registration number: IDDB-NR-202207-038921.

His single family office, Gulia Ventures supports founders in India and collaborates with them that doesn’t involve the usual monetary investor-investee relationship.
