Sander van Noorden

Sander van Noorden is an accomplished investment professional with extensive experience in private equity. Currently serving as Investment Director at 280ppm since January 2024, Sander previously held the position of Investment Manager at HAL Investments, beginning in January 2016. At HAL Investments, a prominent listed private equity firm, Sander specializes in majority investments in market-leading companies. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Private Equity at HAL Investments from August 2010 to December 2014, where responsibilities encompassed investment analysis, transaction execution, and portfolio company projects. Sander's academic background includes an MSc in Applied Physics from Delft University of Technology and an MBA from INSEAD, complemented by a course in Mobilizing People from IMD. Additionally, Sander has experience as a course instructor in physics at the University of Leiden.
