Robert Rengers Hora Siccama has over two decades of work experience in various financial and business executive roles. Robert started their career in 1996 as the Head of the Business Economic Department at Vendex International N.V. Robert then went on to serve as the Corporate Treasurer & Investor Relations Officer at Vendex KBB N.V. from 1999 to 2001. In 2002, they became the CFO of Vendex KBB Cards & Financial Services B.V.

From 2005 to 2007, Siccama worked as the Corporate Treasurer & Investor Relations Officer at Marine Harvest N.V. Following that, they held a consultancy position as a Board Consultant for IPO and Investor Relations at SafeBoot International in 2007.

In 2007, Siccama became the CFO of GreenChem International, a European producer and distributor of AdBlue. Robert then served as the CFO and Board Member at Mirror Controls International, the world's leading manufacturer of rearview mirror glass actuators and mirror powerfold actuators for the automotive industry, from 2009 to 2013.

In 2013, Siccama co-founded HAL24K, a Data Intelligence Lab with offices in San Francisco, Amsterdam, and London. Robert served as the COO/CFO of the company, which delivers operational and predictive intelligence to smart cities, countries, and companies.

In 2015, Siccama joined Interchange Group as the CFO and worked on mobile and smartphone app development projects for enterprise and consumer solutions. Robert left the company in 2016 after serving for a year and four months.

Throughout their career, Siccama has gained expertise in financial management, investor relations, and strategic decision making.

Robert Rengers Hora Siccama completed their post-graduate studies in Business Economics at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (RC) from 1993 to 1996. Prior to that, they obtained their Drs degree in Business Economics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam from 1988 to 1991. Robert'sundergraduate education was completed at HEAO Utrecht from 1985 to 1988, focusing on Business Economics.
