Ana Fonseca Pinto

Ana Fonseca Pinto has a diverse range of work experience in finance and accounting roles. Beginning in 2002, they worked as a financial interface and French branch accountant at SPAL Sociedade de Porcelanas de Alcobaça. From 2003 to 2005, they worked as a junior accountant at Rui Fonseca & Filhos - Gabinete de Contabilidade e Serviços, Lda. Ana then moved on to P&D - Performance and Development, where they worked as a consultant from 2005 to 2007, assisting in designing clients' strategies and implementing performance management systems.

In 2007, Ana became the managing partner of Rui Fonseca & Filhos, Lda, where they were responsible for managing the accounting office and preparing business plans. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a finance controller at Lalola, reporting to the company's owner and implementing the administrative and financing department.

In 2015, Ana joined EF Education First as a finance professional, reporting to the European CFO and focusing on ensuring timely payments to suppliers and controlling accounts receivables. Ana continued their finance career at Brave Júpiter, SA from 2016 to 2019, where they managed accounts payables and receivables, as well as cash and treasury management.

Ana also gained experience as a certified accountant and auditor at Pinto & Palma, SROC from April 2019 to November 2019. Most recently, they worked at Hala Systems, Inc., starting in December 2019 as an accountant, then promoted to senior accountant, and finally became the senior accounting manager in March 2023.

Ana Fonseca Pinto has a diverse educational background. Ana completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from Universidade Católica Portuguesa. Prior to that, they attended Instituto Superior de Gestão from 1997 to 2002, where they pursued studies in Business Administration. Ana also holds a bachelor's in Applied Mathematics, which they obtained from Faculdade de Ciências de Coimbra in 1997. Ana'sacademic journey began at Instituto Superior Técnico, where they studied Applied Mathematics from 1993 to 1996.
