Jose Damiao

Jose Damiao has had a long and varied career in business and education. Jose began in 1994 as the Director of the Information Department at Rádio Universidade de Coimbra. In 1998, they took on the role of Project Manager at the Faculdade de Economia da Universidade de Coimbra. In 2001, they founded and became CEO of USP Utopias.Sonhos.Projectos. In 2003, they were appointed GOLF Director at Golden Eagle, Golf Resort, and in 2007 they became a GOLF Management Consultant at Golf Stream. From 2014 to 2019, Jose was a Lecturer in Business Design at IADE - Creative University. In 2016, they were appointed Director of "Bolsa do Empreendedorismo" at the European Commission. Finally, from 2019 to the present, Jose has been Chief of Staff of the CPO and Senior Manager of Portuguese Operations at Hala Systems, Inc.

Jose Damiao received their Licentiate degree in Economics from Universidade de Coimbra in 2000. In 2007, they completed a Formação Executivos in Business & Entrepreunership from Universidade Católica Portuguesa. Jose then went on to receive a Master's Degree in Marketing from ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa in 2012. Currently, they are pursuing a PhD in Industrial Engineering from Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
