Mina Rafek Abd El-SHAHID

Mina Rafek Abd El-SHAHID currently serves as the Fintech Operations & Vendors Acquisition City Manager and Fintech Operations Lead at Halan since December 2021. Prior to this role, Mina held leadership positions at OSN from November 2015 to November 2021, excelling as the OSN Location Leader for both UAE and Bahrain and achieving the status of Top Target Achiever. Earlier experience includes a Senior Sales Representative role at Optica in 2015 and as Acting Manager at Hardees Restaurants from December 2013 to March 2015, demonstrating a strong background in sales, customer service, and business management. Mina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management & Marketing from Asyut University and is currently pursuing an MBA in Business Administration and Management, expected to complete in February 2025.
