Everett Carney

Everett Carney has a wealth of experience in the technology industry. In 2013, they were the CEO and Co-Founder of Mental Tangent, Ltd. Everett then moved to Buddy Platform, Inc. as a Software Developer in 2014. In 2015, they were the CEO of PostCentive and Lead Application Architect of Slope. In 2016, they became the CEO of Abyss Consulting. In 2018, they were the CEO and Co-Founder of CrossWorlds Studios and Chief Technology Officer of Buttrfly. In 2021, they were the Chief Technology Officer of Byte to Bite Industries. Currently, they are the Vice President of Labs and Director of Labs at Halborn, leading and growing the Halborn Labs team and helping drive security and automation products for the blockchain world.

Everett Carney attended Issaquah High School from 2004 to 2007. Everett then went on to Bellevue College from 2006 to 2008, where they earned an Associates degree in 3D Animation and Graphics, as well as a General Science/Transfer Associates. After that, they attended Washington State University from 2009 to 2011, graduating with a Bachelors in Computer Science. Additionally, they obtained two certifications from Coursera: "Web Application Architectures" in May 2014 and "Startup Engineering" in September 2013.
