Luis Quispe Gonzales has worked in various roles in the information security field since 2011. Starting at PwC as an Associate in 2011, they were responsible for security audits for technological components such as ERP systems, operating systems, and database management systems. In 2012, they moved to Banco de Crédito BCP as an IT Infrastructure Security Analyst, where they were responsible for UNIX/Linux platform security administration, security assessment on different technological platforms, and deployment of technical corrective measures against security vulnerabilities. In 2013, they joined Seguros SURA as a Senior IT Auditor, where their responsibilities included SAP security consultancy, security-related audits, IT general controls and IT application controls audits, and regulatory compliance audits. In 2015, they moved to Deloitte Perú as a Senior Consultant in Cyber Risk Services. In 2017, they joined IBM as a Managing Consultant in IBM Security and also became an Instructor at TECSUP. In 2019, they were a Cybersecurity Manager at everis Aeroespacial, Defensa y Seguridad and an Instructor at Postgrado UPC. Currently, they are a Bug Bounty Hunter and at Halborn they are a Senior Security Architect (R&D), Senior Offensive Security Engineer, and Lead Offensive Security Engineer.

Luis Quispe Gonzales completed their Informatics Engineering degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú between 2006 and 2012. Since then, they have obtained several certifications, including Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) from EC-Council in April 2019, Brainbench Certified in Network Security from Brainbench in August 2016, Certified Penetration Testing Engineer from Mile2 in July 2016, Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA in December 2015, CompTIA Security+ ce from CompTIA in November 2015, and COBIT 5 Foundation from APMG-International in July 2014.
