Maria Ayessa began their professional career in 2016 as an Information Technology Consultant at Taft Tower Hotel Manila and an Assistant Project Manager at Storm Carts Enterprise Inc. In 2017, they moved to Shell where they worked as a Credit Analyst, where they effectively managed a portfolio worth $12M and surpassed the Key Performance Indicator in decreasing the amount and value of overdue invoices. In 2019, they joined the Spanish Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport as a Language Assistant and Cultural Ambassador. In 2021, they became a Marketing and Business Development Manager at Fandom Foundation. Most recently, in 2022, they took on the role of Marketing Manager and Marketing and Events Coordinator at Halborn.
