Don Runyon, LC

Don Runyon, LC has a long and successful career in the lighting industry. Don began their career in 1984 as an Industrial and Commercial Sales Representative at OSRAM Lighting SA. Don then moved up to become an Area Operations Manager, National Distribution Manager - Midwest, Business Development Manager, and Regional Sales Manager. In 2016, they joined LEDVANCE as an Executive Sales Manager - National Distribution, where they led successful change from OSRAM/SYLVANIA to LEDVANCE/SYLVANIA to include cultural changes and customer retainment. In 2020, they joined Halco Lighting Technologies as Vice President Sales & Marketing.

Don Runyon obtained a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Oakland City University. Don then attended Indiana University Bloomington. In November 2010, they obtained the Professional Selling Skills certification from Achieve Global. Don is also a NCQLP-Lighting Certified (LC).
