Mr. Eddie Chan Yean Hoe is an Independent Director appointed to the Board in 2020. He was an Executive Director and a Partner of Ernst & Young Malaysia with extensive experience in auditing, corporate restructuring, taxation, and accounting, particularly in the petroleum and petrochemicals industries, rubber, and oil palm plantation.
