Kyle Hardison has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kyle began their career as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Cincinnati in 2015. In 2016, they had a co-op position at Siemens PLM Software as a Software Engineering Co-op. Kyle then moved on to Idaho National Laboratory in 2017, where they worked as an Instrumentation and Controls Co-op. In 2019, they joined Northrop Grumman as a Cyber Software Engineer II and stayed with the company until 2022. Following that, they worked at GrammaTech as a Software Engineer III until 2023. Currently, they are employed at Halcyon as a Linux Agent Engineer.

Kyle Hardison pursued their education in a well-structured manner, focusing on computer science and computer engineering. Kyle first attended Rutherford B. Hayes High School from 2010 to 2014, where they completed an Honors Diploma. Afterward, they enrolled at the University of Cincinnati in 2014 and graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Engineering, with a minor in Computer Science. Building upon their undergraduate education, Kyle continued their academic journey at the same institution and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from the University of Cincinnati, completing their studies in 2022.
